We offer ground shipping ( $7.68+GST) to Canada and US. 5% GST will be added when you check out. US customers, please choose US Dollar on the right. Express shipping is available per request (extra charge applied). Insurance is available per request (extra charge applied).
For the products in stock, we ship the products to you in the following business day after we receive your payment. For the products ordered per request and large volume orders, please contact us for detailed information.
If you receive the wrong order, please notify us within one week of receiving the products and, we'll arrange the exchange as soon as possible.
If you are not happy with purchased products because of poor quality, please notify us within one week of receiving the products and we'll arrange the exchange of the products.
If you are not happy with purchased products for other reasons, please notify us within one week of receiving the products and we'll arrange return of the products and your refund. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. In this case, We will charge 15% of sale price as restock fee. We are not responsible for postage on returned items.
